Our Team

Carlos Frazier

Chief Executive Officer

Carlos is an alumnus of Oaksterdam University and has actively been researching and lecturing on the medical and cultural history of cannabis industry for the past several years. Mr. Frazier is a disabled veteran from the Marine Corps and has been involved in marketing dating back to his attendance at Auburn University, where he majored in psychology and economics. During his course of study while attending Auburn University, Mr. Frazier was introduced to business marketing by his affiliation with his fraternal organizations.

Mr. Frazier used his knowledge of economics and psychology to advance his positioning in the marketing industry, where he was responsible for planning, organizing fund raisers and social events. Mr. Frazier transferred to Alabama A & M University where he began organizing the school’s homecoming events and participated in the marketing plan for the school during his attendance and after.

Not only has he owned his own marketing and entertainment companies, he has also managed multi million dollar budgets for both businesses. It was after Mr. Frazier’s transition to Atlanta that he began researching alternative treatments for his service-related ailments.

His research and study have led him to the medicinal cannabis field. Eight years and 27 states' worth of study has resulted in a clearer over standing of the product and its healing properties as well as the business structure and legal requirements for medical cannabis in each state.

Denise Stanton

Chief Operations Officer

Denise Stanton is a Management and Program Analyst in Education Services, a Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is a member of the National Training Team. Her position allows for exemplary analytical, organization, procedural and adjudicatory skills utilized daily. Denise offers over 25 years of coaching, mentoring, and plan development in both the Government and Private Sector. Her Retail career from Assistant Manager to Store Manager provided opportunities to utilize Strategic Planning, P &L Management, Budget Planning and Team Leadership.

Denise Stanton earned her Master of Science degree from Auburn University Montgomery and a Bachelor of Science from Alabama State University. Denise is also an alumnus of Oaksterdam University and an advocate for the reform of Cannabis laws across the nation.

Jerry Hanes Jr.

Chief Financial Officer

Jerry earned his Bachelor and Master’s in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and is a Certified Internal Auditor. He is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., 100 Black Men of DeKalb County, Inc., and other Atlanta civic organizations. Jerry Hanes is currently the Executive Director, Advisory Services for Banks, Finley, White and CO., a regional accounting firm. Jerry was employed by Ernst & Young LLP, one of the 4 big international firms rising to the role of Senior Manager, Advisory Services and Director of Internal Audit.

Tyrone Joyner

Chief Compliance Officer

Tyrone Joyner currently works in compliance and policies, prior to his experience in compliance, Mr, Joyner earned a full athletic scholarship in Track and Field at Auburn University. After graduating with a Degree in Criminology/Sociology from Auburn University, he decided on a career in Juvenile Probation, after a year in the juvenile system he became a Social Worker for Asheboro/Randolph schools for ten years.

His passion led him to starting a deferred prosecution program which he has dedicated over 17 years, As the Executive Director on his business, His role is managing compliance, policy and procedures, and incorporation of business proceedings. Working with first time offenders that have committed misdemeanors and felonies, as well as anger management services for the courts in Guilford County. Compliance and Eligibility are other occupation roles that are a part of his daily activities with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Tyrone Joyner holds a Masters of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict studies from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Yuma Marques

Chief Research and Development Officer

Yuma Marques is an educator with more than 15 years of experience. She works as a Curriculum and Reading Specialist as well as a Team Leader for the Special Education Department. After spending more than a decade working in Education, Yuma truly knows how to Implement, Integrate and Disseminate Information to others. Yuma understands how to Reach and help people at their level and effectively communicate her knowledge back to them.

In addition to her extensive Research and Instructional Experience, Yuma has served in the capacity of Liaison creating cohesive relationships between Department Chairs and Teachers. She is also a trained Instructional Coach.

Growing up in New York and later moving to Florida as a teenager gave Yuma an early understanding of dichotomous environments. As a result, she is a very Dynamic and Diverse leader who is able to relate to a people from all walks of life.

Monica Jones

Marketing Manager

Monica D. Jones is a communications and marketing professional with over 20 years experience furthering marketing and business development strategies for professional services firms. This includes creating and editing content for presentations, proposal responses, and other collateral materials as well as for email advisories, blog sites, inter-/intranet sites and other media. She has deep experience with law firms working in various roles in marketing, diversity and inclusion, and business development. Monica gained early experience as a marketing generalist working at two of Atlanta's largest hospital systems in contract roles contributing to the development of newsletters, press releases and other internal communication tools and activities.

Later she was able to leverage this broad experience by developing client events, coordinating practice team meetings and retreats, and conducting research of competitor firms and prospective clients for individual attorneys, practice groups, or other affinity teams at large law firms within the Atlanta area. In addition to Monica's marketing and communications background, she has also worked to advance diversity and inclusion objectives at majority- and minority owned firms, including managing trade show presence, networking with consultants and subject matter experts on industry trends, and exploring development opportunities for women and minority attorney professionals.

Monica is a graduate of the University of Florida's School of Journalism and Communications and a native of Atlanta, Georgia.

Allicia Salomon

Managing Partner

Allicia Salomon is the Managing Partner for the Diamond Creative Group, a global consulting company focusing on project management and marketing. She also conducts sponsorship analysis with a focus on return on investment. Allicia is a professional with over 16 years of project management experience in the areas of marketing, product placement and diversity initiatives. Integral aspects of her management functions include corporate engagement, customer relationship management and demand generation for B2B and B2C programs.

She received her bachelors’ degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida, a Master’s in Sports Administration from Georgia State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Shorter College.

Devinn Williams

Executive Assistant

Devinn Williams works closely with the Executive board to ensure business operations and daily tasks run smoothly throughout each department. She believes that honest communication, resilience, organization and dedication, are just a few attributes it takes to have cohesion within an entity. With over eight years’ experience in the administrative professional field, Devinn has organized and executed corporate events, manage calendars, and utilize her knowledge with Microsoft suites for many successful companies. She understands the importance of having order, working in a fast-paced/ growing environment and paying attention to detail to assure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Her “can-do” attitude makes it a pleasure for others to be around her.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Morgan State University. Devinn is a modern day “Renaissance woman”; she balances being a single-parent, part-time student and full-time professional all with a smile on her face.
